Milton Classic Eco

This house was designed to site atop a hill in Milton and is orientated to capture one of the best North Eastern views in Australia. The clients wanted a traditional verandah, but with a modern looking low pitched gable. The design was done in conjunction with Green Homes Australia, an as well as capturing outstanding views, it will capture winter sun and cooling cross breezes in summer.
