This house has been completed and the new owners recently moved in. It was built by the outstanding Green Homes Australia South East NSW. So we made sure that there was plenty of North facing windows too, so that the house would still benefit from the heat of the sun in those winter months. The eaves have been calculated to keep out the summer sun.
