Tomakin Modern Design

This house was designed to look modern and contemporary from the street, whilst allowing all the great Northern sun into the rear living areas for winter warmth. This design uses a simple parapet of modern cladding materials, which hides a simple skilion roof behind. A very cost effective way to obtain the clean lines of this style of building.
