This house is an excellent design for accommodating a decent sized family home on a slim block. The house is placed along the south boundary allowing a great deal of northern sun into the house. It also means there is a large North facing garden, viewed easily from the internal living spaces. This house was recently completed by Green Homes SE NSW and there is a walk through video below. There is also a video of Paul Dolphin talking about sustainable design, working with Green Homes, all whilst sweating and gently melting in the Aussie sun!!
